Half Day Lok Kawi Wildlife Park – EB-KK28

Itinerary 0900 hr  -  Meet on arrival or at hotel. Proceed for a 30 to 40 minutes drive via the old Penampang-Papar road to the southwestern part of Kota Kinabalu to the Lok Kawi Wildlife Park (about 25 km from the city centre). The Lok Kawi Wildlife Park, which occupies an area of 280 acres is one of the largest wildlife parks in Malaysia. Currently, the Park has more than 100 species of tropical animals comprising mammals, birds and reptiles. The park consists of two components: zoological and botanical, as well as a Children's Zoo. You will be able to witness rare animals like the endangered pygmy elephants, gibbons, clouded leopard, civet cats, tarsiers and orang utans. 1100 hr - Catch the entertaining Animal Show at the Park's Amphitheater (except Friday). You will find the park useful as it will be able to provide ample information thus spreading the importance and awareness of Borneo's wildlife and nature. Kiulu Rafting

Kiulu White Water Rafting (EB-KK09)

**0900 hr -  Depart from hotel for Kiulu River, located in the Tamparuli District. Journey will pass through the countryside offering views of paddy fields and villages. 1030 hr - On arrival, a briefing on the river, the various rapids, safety procedures will be conducted by the River Guide. After the briefing, all rafters will put on their rafting gears - lifejackets, helmets and collect their paddle. 1045 hr - Start rafting down 9km of the Kiulu River ( Grade 1 - 111 ). Enjoy the exhilarating ride down the White rapids and get to know the various points like Body Rafting, The Wall Rapid, Holy Smoke Rapid till the ending point. 1215 hr -  Arrive at the ending point. Change to dry clothing and enjoy a sumptous BBQ lunch by the Kiulu River. 1400 hr - Depart for your Hotel in Kota Kinabalu. Tour Ends.

Sepilok Orang Utan Half Day (EB-SDK02)

Itinerary Meet upon arrival at Sandakan Airport or at Hotel lobby, proceed to the world famous Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre for a unique Wildlife Tour. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. On arrival, register at the reception counter and proceed to the Platform A to observe the daily 1000 hrs feeding of the Orang Utan. After witnessing the feeding, proceed to the reception centre for a 30 min video show on the centre. Depart Sepilok Orang Utan Centre for Sandakan Town or the Airport. End of tour.

Padas River Rafting

Padas White water rafting (EB-KK08)

** 0600 hr - Depart from hotel to a town called Beaufort in the interior district. The Journey will pass through the countryside offering views of paddy fields and villages. 0730 hr - Arrive at Beaufort, an opportunity to observe the small town activities in Sabah. 0740 hr -  Board a train to the rafting starting point at Pangi.  Train will depart at 0750 hr. The train ride will traverse the Padas Gorge offering views of villages and the Padas River. 1020 hr -  On arrival, a briefing on the river, the various rapids, safety procedures will be conducted by the River Guide. After the briefing, all rafters will put on their rafting gears - lifejackets & helmets and collect their paddles. 1030 hr - Start rafting down the Padas River ( Grade 111 - 1V ). Enjoy the exhilarating ride down the rapids and get to know the various points like Head Hunter Point, Scooby Doo Point, Cobra Point, Lambada Point till the ending point at Rayoh. 1230 hr - Arrive at Rayoh (ending point) .Change to dry clothing and enjoy a sumptuous BBQ lunch by the Padas River. Kota Kinabalu is a resort-city of exciting contrasts – vibrant, serene and hassle-free, with modern infrastructure and many attractions, which you will drive by such as the historical Padang Merdeka (Independence Field), Atkinson Clock Tower, Gaya Street, etc. Visit the popular Sabah Handicraft Market, or more commonly known as the Filipino Market, a bargain place for traditional arts and crafts, as well as souvenirs like T-shirts, key-chains etc. A photo stop at the Menara Tun Mustapha (formerly known as the Sabah Foundation Building), a magnificent building with it's reflective glass panel, one of the few hanging structure type of building in the world.
