Itinerary
Day 1
- Arrival at Kota Kinabalu International
Airport (KKIA).
- Transfer to hotel.
- Free at leisure.
- Overnight at Hotel in KK City.

Day 2
- Meet at hotel lobby early morning.
- Transfer to airport for flight to Sandakan.
- Meet on arrival at Sandakan Airport.
- Proceed to the world famous Sepilok Orang
Utan Rehabilitation Centre, journey will take approximately 30 minutes.
- On arrival, register at the reception
counter and proceed to the Platform A to observe the daily 1000 hrs feeding of the Orang
Utan.
- After witnessing the feeding, proceed to the
reception centre for a 30 min video show on the centre.
- Depart Sepilok Orang Utan Centre to Sukau
Village, journey will take approximately 2 1/2 hours.
- On arrival, board boat for a 5 minute
transfer to the river lodge. Check in and lunch will be served at the main hall.
- Board river boat for boat cruise along the
Kinabatangan river, the longest river in Sabah, to search for the elusive Proboscis
Monkeys and other wildlife.
- Return to the lodge in the late evening.
- Dinner and overnight at
the River
Lodge at Sukau by the Kinabatangan River.

Day 3
- After breakfast, depart for Sandakan Town,
enroute stop at the Gomantong Cave.
- Journey will take approximately 2 hrs
passing by Oil Palm plantations and villages.
- On arrival, take a 10 minute walk to the
cave entrance of Simud Hitam.
- Explore these magnificent limestone caves,
home to millions of bats and swiflet birds.
- During the collection of the edible bird
nest, there will be a lot of workers climbing long rattan ladders to collect the expensive
nest.
- Depart for Sandakan Town for lunch.
- After lunch proceed for the Sandakan City
Tour.
- Transfer to hotel.
- Overnight at Hotel in Sandakan.

Day 4
- Meet at Hotel Lobby and depart for for
Sandakan Town.
- Transfer to jetty to board boat for transfer
to Selingan Turtle Island (approx 1 hr journey).
- Upon arrival, register at the reception and
check in to the chalet.
- Lunch at the cafeteria.
- Free at leisure.
- Meet at the cafeteria for dinner, whilst
waiting for the park ranger to signal for turtle watching.
- Observe the whole activity of the turtle
laying eggs and covering the hole, tagging of the turtle by the park ranger and the
transferring of the eggs to the hatchery.
- If there are young turtle hatchlings, an
opportunity to observe the hatchlings being release to the sea.
- Overnight at the Chalet.

Day 5
- After breakfast, depart for Sandakan town.
- On arrival transfer to airport for flight to
Kota Kinabalu.
- Free at leisure.
- Overnight at Hotel in KK.

Day 6
- Free at leisure.
- Meet at hotel lobby and transfer to KKIA.
- Departure flight from Kota Kinabalu.
- End of tour.
