Itinerary

Morning, depart Kuching City (Departure Time: 8.30 am) for a 2 hours drive to Gunung Gading National Park, located 120km north of Kuching. On arrival, proceed to the Park's Information Center to get an idea of the Parks' unique features before taking the trail through the primary forest amidst diversified flora and fauna to arrive at the blooming site of the world's largest flower, the Rafflesia, sometimes found to be almost a meter long in diameter. Get a first hand knowledge from the park's warden about this unique creation, a flower that stinks like hell.

After the tour, depart for Pandan Beach located nearby, to relax, swim or beach scroll. Have lunch in Lundu Town before returning to Kuching City by mid afternoon.

Things To Bring:  Wear comfortable walking shoes; Light (and extra) clothing; Sarawak being in the tropics, it is advisable to dress light; torchlight; insect repellant; sun screen; Bring Camera for those unforgettable moments.
