Description: The amazing and now infamous Sipadan Island,
the way it was back in the early 1990s before tourists surged into the unique island and
the Easter Sunday 2000 hostage incident. Those were the good old days when the island's
corals and marine life were still very much aplenty and not one pirate was in sight. The
last pic on the bottom showed one of the many resort accomodation at the island. Was
that where the Abu Sayyaf first captured their hostages? Only those present would know.
