1 Kati sour fruit (tulod-ulod)
2 inches ginger – sliced
1 inch fresh tumeric – pounded
2 – 3 red onions – sliced
4 – 6 red chillies
2 teaspoon sawl seed
3 tablespoon cooking oil
salt to taste
Aji no moto (optional)
