SINUKOH TULOD-ULID
(Pickled Sour-Fruit: KadazanDusun Dish)
Ingredients:
1 Kati sour fruit (tulod-ulod)
2 inches ginger sliced
1 inch fresh tumeric pounded
2 3 red onions sliced
4 6 red chillies
2 teaspoon sawl seed
3 tablespoon cooking oil
salt to taste
Aji no moto (optional)
Method:
Wash and drain sour fruit well.
Ina kuali, fry onions till lightly brown. Add in the ginger, tumeric,
chilies, sawi seeds and seasoning, fry for I minutes
When ready add in the sour-fruit and simmer for 5 minute still cooked.
Remove and serve with rice
