STEAMED
FRESH CRABS IN SEASONED SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
600g fresh crabs (washed, cut into
pieces & drained), some shredded spring onion & red chili, 1 tbsp fresh minced
garlic, 6-8 tbsp seasoned sauce for seafood.
METHOD:
1. Put minced garlic on crabs.
Steam for about 10 minutes until done. Pour away excess liquid.
2. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Saute spring onion and red chili until fragment. Pour over crabs. Pour
seasoned sauce for seafood over crabs and serve hot.
